Our Process

Deciding to get your furniture reupholstered doesn't have to be difficult. Learn about the process we use to give furniture a fresh new look.

1. Send us pictures via text or email

Take measurements (width, depth, and height) of your furniture along with some photos. Include any details like new foam, refinishing, repairs, etc.

2. Receive a quote from us 

Allow up to three business days to receive a reupholstery quote and estimated fabric needed.

Custom upholstery is often more expensive than purchasing a low-mid-quality piece of furniture at a home store. Good quality furniture with hardwood frames can't be inexpensively replaced, so re-upholstery is a great solution.

3. Decide if you want to proceed 

You take the time to review your estimate, ask us any questions, and decide if you're ready to proceed.  

4.Select your fabric

You are always welcome to bring in your own fabric or browse through our fabric supplier websites and select your fabric that way. We can mail you free fabric samples from any of the following: Perennials, Kravet, Schumacher, Greenhouse Fabrics, Charlotte Fabrics, Europatex, and Nationwide. 

5. We add your project to our schedule

Once you have your own fabric or purchased your fabric through us, then you can bring or have us pick up your furniture.  Our average turn-around time is approximately two to four weeks depending on the size of your job and the time of year, but we are happy to accommodate special requests if you're moving or will be on vacation and want the work done while you're away.

6. Delivery and final payment

We get to work and when your piece is ready, we will give you a call. Then your completed furniture can be picked up or delivered to your home at your convenience. Final payment of the balance due will be collected when your furniture is delivered.  We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit/Debit Cards both for fabric and final payments.
